I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. Parking was hassle-free, which added to the convenience. The food was delicious, and the courteous staff ensured a warm and welcoming experience. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic stay, staffs are all good and kind. Nice food. Hotel is near to kanchi dham and parking place is available.

Our stay at royalncourt md hotels was awesome. Propert was situated in a valley of nature. Good food, good view and everything. Only one suggestion to keep maintain sports activity equipments.

I have stayed in many 5* and 4* hotels from which i can say that this is not a 4* property at all, yes according to me this is a 3* property. I had to ask for the dental kit and it was provided by the hotel, whereas they should have been kept in the room in the first place. At one time i was supposed to have slippers in the room which were not there and i had to go to the bathroom barefoot. Dinner was included in my hotel tariff. Only one non-veg option was given in dinner which did not seem right. The taste of the food was very good. The breakfast was also very tasty. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service by buntar lal.

Everything is very bad like staff behaviour, dirty bed sheets, smelly room, masquto in room, i booked luxury rooms but provide other room by hotel staff

Room book was full of dampness and did not have same category room without dampness. Upgraded to a luxury room with additional cost to stay comfortably.

Point no 1 - power cut is major issue .. Point no 2 - room no 506 gyser point was dislocated later fixed Point no 3 ....room 503 intercome not working Point 4 ...room 503 TV was not recharged was not on Point no 5 ...after 10 pm no supervisor was available on reception. Nobody was aware of wi fi password Point 6 intially we were in 507 ac was not working later on it was fixed Point 7 in your dinning area no wash basin available . Point no 8 swing was brokenn ground floor Point 9 intially room no 507 food smell and smoke was coming out later we changed it Point no 10 - in your game zone Dart game was not in working condition No ball available for cricket Kid car was not charged Cycle was in bad condition Billiards game stick broken Point 11 - in dinning area only one ac was working in huge area due to last seat guys are suffering Point 12 - cockroach were present in bathroom room no 509 Point 13 - they did not give water bottle in room no 509 Do you think is this the way to treat your guest we r here for problem or to enjoy our 訂房網站

Pathetic property and very different from the pictures. Location is very remote. Cost cutting is everywhere. Only 1 ac in the restaurant, which is usually turned off. Very slow service. No bar in the premises. I am wondering how come it’s a 4 star property. Please stay away.
